Merly A.	I've been a dog walker for 10 years so I definitely know how to handle dogs as well as understand their behavior. I'm patient, calm, and responsible, I take my job seriously as I make the pet my number one priority. It'd be a great honor to care for your pet and I'll definitely make sure that it is happy under my care.
Martha B.	I've been a Doggie and Kitty Lover ever since I can remember ~ mine and others pets too! I've loved & cared for my beloved Australian Shepherd, Boomer, for 16 years, my precious Torti, Lily, for 17 years, and 2 Shelties, Sammy and Spicey for 12 and 14 years. I'm happy to say I have a new Collie puppy, Molly, who is an incredible joy in my life ❤

I believe my massage experience transfers over to the care of pets because I can love on them and make them feel special. Who doesn’t love a good back scratch! I enjoy hiking so I love being outside especially with a furry friend. I can get into playtime tossing balls and all types of toys. I will love your pets as my own.
Jessica B.	I’ve been working with Wagz n Whiskerz for the past 8 years and taken care of numerous breeds of dogs. Including but not limited to German Shepards, rottweiler, labs, chihuahuas, spaniels, retrievers, yorkies, pit bulls, etc. Dogs are the best! We are so lucky to get to love them. I always care for other peoples pets just like they are my own. I know how hard it is to leave your fur baby when going out of town, so I will ensure they are in the best care until their humans return!
Robert W.	Last year I retired from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department after 28 years of service. Since then I have been walking dogs. It's a pleasant way to spend your days and interact with different dogs.

Diane D.	My dog when I was growing up was a Boston Terrier who I cared for each day. I miss him still.
Marie K.	My life began as a pet lover. A terrier was my first pet who was already a family member when I was born. Then at age 6 I got a kitten of my own named Tiger who allowed me to dress him in my doll clothes and walk him in my stroller. We got a border collie next who went to college with my older brother. As a young adult I lived with lots of roommates and their pets but my first pet of my own in adulthood was a rescued Beagle who loved to hike and he moved with me from CO to Oregon where after 13 years together he passed gently. My NC dog was a Blue Heeler who I got as a puppy but she was sooo high energy and really needed a buddy so she now lives on 26 acres with another heeler to chase. My next dog will be a small rescue who likes to go for walks and cuddle. When not pursuing animal company, I hike and bike with friends and I work part-time selling lighting and electrical supplies. I also enjoy reading and visiting sisters in NC and VA.
Amy H.	My name is Amy and I look forward to caring for your fur babies! I have been dog walking and pet sitting in the Lake Norman area since I moved here from Connecticut in 2017. Working in healthcare previously, I can't think of a better way to spend my days than with your precious pups (or kitties)! I grew up with cats, guinea pigs, fish and various other small animals. My Boston Terrier, Maximus was my constant companion and adventure buddy traveling to 26 states with me. In my spare time I love cooking, hiking, traveling and enjoying good food with family & friends.
Gabriela R.	My name is Gabriela! My best friends names are Mitchi, Yildiz and Luna. I’ve had my chihuahua, Mitchi, for 7 years and have been co parenting my two yorkies, Yildiz and Luna, for 4 years. I also have a guinea pig, Thor, who I’ve had for a year now. I love all kinds of animals and love to show my love and care for each one.
Melissa M.	My name is Melissa Mulvaney. I have lived in NC (Lake Norman) for 21 years. I have a F/T. job during the week, working for an eye doctor for the past 8 years. I have always been a dog lover. I have never not had a dog. I am a lover of the breed Jack Russell. I am a proud owner of my sweet rescue Asher.. He is my world. I needed a second income.. Becoming a dog walker allows me the flexibility to pick up jobs on the weekend.while doing something I love. Taking care of sweet fur babies like there my own

They bring so much peace and love to my life and I'm so grateful for my two paw babies mish and baby who I love so dearly with everything I have. Moss B.	My name is Moss and I've been walking and caring for dogs all over the country for 7 years. After raising a stray pit-mix puppy with my sister I wanted to care for dogs on a professional basis. From short walks to week long stays I love providing dogs with a safe space in the stressful times their humans are away. I've learned to patiently build trust with the dogs based on their boundaries and behaviors and love getting to know each one. Whether they need to take it slow or get a lot of energy out I'll base my pace on their needs and my focus on their safety and enjoyment.
Nicholas M.	My name is Nicholas and I have experience with dogs since I was a little kid. I used to have a mini pinscher throughout my school years and now I sometimes take care of my uncles blue nose pitbull. I love caring for pets! Outside of caring for dogs, I am a soccer referee during the weekends.
Perri S.	My name is Perri, and I am located in New York City. I am a huge animal lover. I worked at a dog day care in New York for a few years, and then I did my own private dog walking. I have a lot of experience with walking, feeding, cleanup, and playtime. Safety always comes first with me. I am also an opera singer.
Sallie L.	My name is Sallie and I am 25 years old originally from Atlanta, GA. I am currently taking time off of school to work and enjoy my first few months in the city. In school I am a Biology major and a Psychology minor, hoping to obtain a career in animal behavior. I have owned a Golden Retriever named Lola since 2004 so I love big dogs. I also volunteered at an animal shelter for about 6 months before moving to New York. At the shelter I did numerous jobs, anything from dog walking to assisting the vet techs. I hope that having this job with Swifto will help me on my path to having a successful career with animals.
