CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Since our launch in 2012, we've experienced a large amount of growth and have become one of the premier dog walking companies in Manhattan. We're now looking for a highly efficient and organized Customer Service Representative that will help us get to the next level.

We are looking for a positive team player with a great attitude, strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate enjoys a dynamic work environment and the exchange of ideas with a creative, friendly and hard-working team. This is a full time, long term position.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel etc.)
  • EXCELLENT organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills is a MUST
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Must be eloquent and articulate
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Great ability to prioritize work with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and respond to tight deadlines under minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and efficient problem-solver
  • Has good dog knowledge
  • Is comfortable with technology
  • Fluent in English
  • Has a smart phone

SALES ASSOCIATE

Swifto is currently in a period of rapid expansion and is looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team of entrepreneurs. After being previewed in multiple media outlets like the Wall Street Journal and Fast Company, we’re now preparing to take our business to the next level. Responsibilities will include communicating with clients, selling packages over the phone, participating in meetings to determine sales strategies, and having fun.
