If you are a Regular client, there may be times that you need an extra walk that falls outside of your regularly occurring schedule. You can review your current schedule and request additional walks online at any time by logging in to your dashboard on Swifto.com and clicking on the “Schedule” tab.
Often times your regular walker will be available to pick up additional walks, however many of our walkers are in very high demand and cannot always accommodate scheduling changes and additions. We know you love your walker, and so do their other clients!
Because of this, when you request a new walk, you will have the option to specify how we should handle your request if your regular walker is unavailable. You may choose to either cancel the walk, or schedule a walk with another one of our talented walkers. No matter which choice you select, Swifto will always reach out to your regular walker first to see if they are available. If they are, you’re all set and we will send you a confirmation email. If your regular walker is unavailable, we will notify you via email and either schedule another one of our wonderful walkers or else cancel your walk as per your request.
