The Swifto office is open from 9am–5pm Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays. While Swifto offers walks and visits 7 days a week from 6am–11pm, all bookings must be scheduled during our office hours (or online).
Please note that for additional walks and visits, we require at least 5 business hours of advance notice in order to guarantee that we'll be able to find a dog walker or pet sitter who can accommodate the booking. We're always happy to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible, but bookings requested with less than 5 business hours' notice cannot be guaranteed.
Additionally, our Manhattan office is open on weekdays only for key exchanges. If key access is needed for a walk or visit, please be sure to plan accordingly and arrange any necessary key drop-offs or pick-ups during our Monday–Friday office hours.
