Once you have an account, you can easily review your current schedule and request individual or recurring walks online or through the app. Just log in to your Swifto account and select the scheduling tab. From there, you’re able to select the type of service, duration, date, and the walker you’d prefer so that they are asked first. You will automatically receive a confirmation email when your walker is selected including their contact information and a link to their profile. Please note that while we offer walks 7 days a week, we schedule all walks (including those requested online) during our business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, excluding national holidays.
