The best way to retrieve the key back is to let us know upfront and then the dog walker can leave the key during the last scheduled walk.
Clients can also retrieve their keys by sending us an email to scheduling@swifto.com and requesting for the keys to be returned. We will then mail out the key via USPS and provide a tracking number as well as package the key in a safe and discrete manner.
If the key is needed back urgently, we will arrange a complimentary key drop off by one of our dog walkers at your home within the next business day so long as the drop off location is still within our service area.
