Cat visits are scheduled within a designated two-hour arrival window rather than at an exact time. If you have a preferred arrival time, we'll be happy to note it on your account and do our best to accommodate it. While we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time, we can guarantee that your sitter will arrive and begin the visit within the scheduled two-hour window. This flexibility allows for traffic, weather, and the varying needs of other scheduled visits while ensuring reliable service for all clients.
