For the safety, comfort, and well-being of your dog, we require a minimum of two visits/walks per day for all vacation care bookings when no other caregiver is present. Each booking must be at least 30 minutes in length, with bookings scheduled approximately 12 hours apart. This ensures your dog receives consistent care, bathroom breaks, exercise, companionship, and prompt attention if any concerns arise.
To maintain consistent care standards and avoid liability concerns, we do not split care responsibilities with outside providers, including friends, family members, or other pet care services.
