Dogs must remain on leash at all times during walks. Off-leash time is only permitted if the dog is in a private, fully enclosed yard with a physical fence and the owner has approved this in advance.
Please note that electric or invisible fences (e-fences) are not considered secure fencing, and dogs may not be off leash in yards that rely solely on these systems.
These safety guidelines help ensure every walk remains safe, controlled, and comfortable for the dogs in our care.
