First, we carefully select one of our highly experienced professional dog walkers or pet sitters based on your and your pets unique needs. Once we’ve paired your walks/visits, you’ll receive an email notification with their name, contact information, and profile. If you are a new client or have a regular schedule, we’ll contact you to set up a complimentary Meet and Greet with your new walker/pet sitter.
Once your bookings begin, notifications are automatically sent to you via text or email when the walk/visit starts and ends, as well as live poop alerts and photos of your pet along the way. At the end of every booking you’ll get a note from your walker/pet sitter and a link to view the GPS tracked route. You can also watch the booking live when you log into your account on Swifto.com or on the app. You can also view your past bookings and photos, adjust your schedule, update your pets profile, view invoices, or update your billing information from your online dashboard.
