As a dog owner, we know that you rely on your walker to provide personal care and attention to your pup for those times when you can’t be there yourself. All of our walkers have a true passion for dogs and want to provide the best experience possible to the dogs they walk as well as their humans.

Consistency with regular schedules allows your walker to take their time getting to know and caring for your dog’s specific needs while remaining punctual and without jeopardizing the level of quality and care that they can provide to the rest of their furry clients. Our walkers rely on their regular schedules to allow them to form close relationships with the dogs they walk, provide them with efficient routes, and dependable income.

When it comes to Sporadic walks, there are many additional considerations for our walkers to bear in mind in order to provide exceptional service. For instance, our walkers must allow enough time to account for transportation delays, trouble locating your apartment or obtaining keys from the doorman for the first time, or if they will need to pick up and drop off keys from the Swifto office or another location. The amount of time our walkers dedicate to one time, infrequent, or first time walks is often much greater than the scheduled/purchased duration.

Even before beginning the walk, your walker will review the details in your dogs profile, take their time getting to know your dog and making sure they are comfortable, as well as locating equipment such as collars, harnesses and leads. Your walker only starts the app when they are outside with your dog, and spends the entire scheduled duration (unless you specifically request otherwise) walking with your pup.

The Sporadic rate allows our walkers to provide the same level of care and personal attention to their Sporadic clients as they do to those they walk for regularly. You can also check out our complete pricing structure, or take a look at the differences between Regular and Sporadic walks.
